Payment for the following weeks will be automatically charged to your credit card on the Friday before the next week of bookings is due to begin.
Sitters and Owners are now able to edit/add to RWB weeks that haven't been paid for yet. In the example below the Owner has added two additional walks (Tuesday and Wednesday) to the RWB booking. These will need to be approved by the Owner or Sitter after the edit has been made.
After it's been approved it will appear in your calendar with the additional days for that week only, your card will be charged for three walks on the Friday before, 20 August in this example. The normal frequency will resume for the following weeks.
If a Service needs to be canceled for a week that has already been paid. You or the Sitter will need to contact our Customer Service team to arrange a refund.
